Sorry Stig, Your Holiday Is Over; Top Gear's New Season Teaser Trailer Is Here

Stig took an Aventador to see some wildlife.
The 22nd season of Top Gear will debut next month and The Stig seems awfully excited by that. Actually, he doesn’t. He just looks like a guy in a white track suit and helmet. No expression. No emotion. But he still managed to squeeze in a vacation during his summer break. This new teaser trailer for the upcoming season shows off a few snap shots of Stig’s summertime activities. Stig traveled some. The rain-soaked UK isn't exactly the best place for summer.
He did plenty of sightseeing too, all from behind the wheel of a rented Lamborghini Aventador. Glad you’re all rested up, Stig. Now it's time for work.

First Dodge Challenger Hellcat Street Race Is As Awesome As You'd Hope

As is pretty much always the case with these street racing videos, this one won't prove anything about the cars involved. The Hellcat is stock, but the cars it's racing against aren't, so don't let this influence which one you buy. That said, we have the classic American matchup here, Challenger vs. Camaro vs. Mustang. The Camaro is apparently the most extensively modified, with a new cam and a 150 shot of nitrous oxide, and possibly more.
We don't know what's on the Mustang, but we're told it's been modified. It's fun to watch, whatever it is.

Ferrari FXX K Spider

We shouldn’t have to wait that long for Ferrari to cut the roof off the LaFerrari, but the Italian carmaker is never going to do likewise with the track only FXX-K. That’s why rendering artist Evren Milano has decided to serve up his vision for what a Ferrari FXX K Spider could look like. We already know the hardtop model is a full five seconds quicker around Fiorano than the LaFerrari with a lightning quick time of 1:14. It’s also around 100 hp more powerful and 200 pounds lighter. Now, imagine all that with the roof down.

The Ferrari Sergio by Pininfarina is a 60-Year Celebration of Beautiful Italian Design

Ferrari and Pininfarina have been creating beautiful cars together for six decades and the Ferrari Sergio is here to remind us of that. Limited to just six examples and based off the 458 Spider, it’s powered by the latest version of Ferrari’s 597 horsepower 4.5-liter V8. Originally introduced as a concept at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show to commemorate the death of Pininfarina founder, Sergio Pininfarina, the Ferrari Sergio’s styling traits reflect the spirit of the design firm’s 1960s and 70s creations.

Koenigsegg Aims to Destroy Nurburgring Lap Record with Agera R and One: 1 Hypercars

Expect a time in the 6:30s.
The fabled Nurburgring lap record is something automakers relentlessly pursue. Porsche was proud to reveal its 6:57 lap time last year with the 918 Spyder, while McLAren claimed the P1 clocked a sub seven minute lap time but kept the exact time a secret. Ferrari doesn’t bother with such trivialities, but Koeingsegg is up for the challenge and has every confidence the One: 1 will take “a very significant chunk” out of the 918’s time.
