Lexus Reveals GS F High Performance Sedan Ahead Of Detroit Motor Show

It seems quite clear that LEXUS has finally found its mojo. The latest piece of evidence is this: the 2016 GS F, not to be confused with the GS 350 F Sport. No, this time we’re talking about the real deal, the true BMW M5 fighter. Power comes from a naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 (the same engine found in the RC F) which produces a total of 467 hp and 389 lb-ft of torque (the BMW M5 comes standard with 560 hp). The sole gearbox is a lightning quick eight-speed automatic with manual-shifting capabilities. (Rear-wheel-drive)

DMC Refines McLaren Special Operations 12C with More Power and Massive Rear Wing

German supercar tuner DMC has revealed its versatility by creating an upgrade program for something other than a Lamborghini. Taking a McLaren 12C that had already received stunning style upgrades from the carmaker’s bespoke division, McLaren Special Operations, including a new front end, the aftermarket firm added a carbon-fiber body kit made up of new side skirts, rear diffuser and rear spoiler. It also added a roof-mounted aero scoop and massive rear wing.

After a teaser, Dutch boutique sports carmaker Donkervoort has lifted the lid on its special edition D8 GTO dubbed the Bilster Berg Edition named after the German circuit. Distinctive features include a new “even meaner” front fascia with carbon-fiber slates, special badging, and a revised roll cage. Inside, there’s a digital instrument cluster, data logger and GPS navigation, as well as leather-wrapped carbon-fiber seats, lightweight carpets, and a dashboard plaque.
